Dr. John Prokosch

Dr. John Prokosch brings extensive chiropractic experience to Evergreen Family Chiropractic. Raised in Minnesota, he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University and built his career across practices in Minnesota, Colorado, and Florida before relocating to Washington State. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys backpacking and wilderness travel, and brings that same active, patient-first energy to helping people in Olympia move and feel their best.

Acupuncturist

I am a National Board Certified Acupuncturist, licensed to practice in California and Washington, with a diverse professional background rooted in healthcare, wellness, nursing, and business.

My journey in healthcare began with my training and experience as a nurse in India, including experience in the neuropsychiatric field. This foundation gave me a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, patient care, and the importance of approaching every individual with compassion, patience, and respect.

As an acupuncturist, I am passionate about whole-person wellness and creating individualized care that considers the person—not simply the symptoms. My clinical experience includes fertility and reproductive wellness, pain management, neurological and post-stroke supportive care, neuropsychiatric conditions, and women's wellness. I also have experience with acupuncture approaches used for breech presentation and have pursued specialized training in facial rejuvenation acupuncture.

My professional journey has also taken me beyond healthcare. I have owned and managed businesses in the hospitality and wellness industries, experiences that taught me valuable lessons in leadership, communication, adaptability, and working with people from many different backgrounds.

I consider myself a lifelong learner. I am currently pursuing a doctoral degree, continuing to expand my knowledge and skills while remaining curious about new approaches to integrative healthcare.

I started massaging after a family member was in a car accident, and knew from the start I wanted to help people heal not only their bodies but heal their souls, and enjoy life without pain. I especially love doing focus/trigger point work, and deep tissue! Some of my outside of work hobbies include, spending time with my family, walking/hiking, reading, and baking.

Outside of my this work that I love, I also enjoy cooking, eating, traveling, trail riding my Mustang Blue Belle, and hanging with friends and family. My workouts of choice are weight lifting, hiking, cardio dance, and Spartan obstacle races. I will never turn down a Fischer scone or a noodle, veggie, and chicken dish - japchae and pad kee mao are my faves.

Nicole

Nicole worked at a movie theater for many years before moving to Olympia with her mom and gained valuable customer service skills as well as honing her skill at the "little details" of things. During the pandemic, Nicole and her job coach worked on meaningful life skills such as learning technology via her new cell phone and laptop.

With weekly support and coaching, Nicole built a solid foundation of typing skills and gained basic computer knowledge that would prove to be most helpful, both personally and professionally as Nicole accepted employment with Dr. Cadle at his local office, Evergreen Family Chiropractic. Nicole works closely with office manager, Emme, and office assistant, Calysta. Together, they run the front and back office and Nicole supports them as needed with different office tasks. Nicole assists with shredding and sanitation around the office, ensuring the high touch surface areas are clean for everyone's safety as well as checking patients in and out via the computer program used. Nicole also assists with feeding the fish in the big tank which requires some expertise. Nicole feels supported, confident and comfortable in her new position and continues to build new skills weekly.

Carly

Carly Roberts - has more than 30 years of experience in the staffing industry, with a dedicated focus on healthcare. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about connecting people with meaningful opportunities and supporting organizations that make a positive difference in the lives of others.

Her experience also includes managing five pediatric therapy clinics across Washington State, where she strengthened her leadership skills and deepened her commitment to compassionate, service-centered care.

In addition to her professional background, Carly recently earned her bachelor’s degree in social science with a minor in Healthcare Administration. Her continued pursuit of education reflects her desire to keep growing, learning, and serving others with knowledge and purpose.

Outside of work, Carly owns and operates a Micro Cottage Sourdough bakery (Dough Bites Bakery) and enjoys spending time with her two grown daughters and seven grandchildren. She also loves baking and visiting the beach. Carly truly believes she was meant to be of service to others, and she brings that heart and dedication into every aspect of her work.

Hi, I’m Danika! I became a massage therapist because I love helping people feel better and improve their quality of life. As a former ballet dancer, I know firsthand what it’s like to recover from injuries, and that experience inspired me to pursue massage therapy. I graduated from Healing Hands School of Holistic Health and enjoy working with clients dealing with chronic pain, muscle tension, injuries, and movement restrictions. I believe every treatment should be tailored to the individual, and their specific needs.
